Suzumorino yu Onsen

Suzumori no Yu is located a 20-minute drive from the Tanigawa-dake Ropeway, and many visitors use it after activities such as mountain climbing or river rafting. The hot spring water is sourced directly from the spring and flows continuously. The indoor bath, constructed from Japanese cypress, offers a relaxing experience. A dining area is also attached, serving set meals featuring river fish and udon noodles.

Opening hours: 11:00〜20:00 (varies due to the season)

Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays

Hōshi Onsen

Hōshi Onsen is a traditional hot spring in the mountains of Minakami. There are three baths, the largest of which is for mixed bathing. The onsen is of the type known as “hitou”, a Japanese term meaning “secret hot spring”.

One-day hot spring and lunch is available.

Bouun
